KCARC Gives VU Scholarship

KCARC has awarded Kennedy Lubi their Vincennes University scholarship for 2025. Lubi is a direct support professional for KCARC, and is working toward a double major in social work and criminal justice at V-U.
Lubi’s eventual goal is a Masters’ degree in social work, and to serve as a victims’ assistance specialist with the Department of Homeland Security.
