More than $200 million in state matching funds have been awarded to 245 Indiana cities, towns, and counties for local road improvement projects as part of INDOT’s Community Crossings Matching Grant program.
Knox County was awarded $1.5M.
Oaktown received $82,200.
And Wheatland got just under $75,000.
Daviess County received over $1.1M while Washington got $260,753.
Martin County was awarded over $1.1M and Shoals received $271,411.
Pike County was awarded just over $1.4M.
In Greene County, Newberry received $102,000.
Sullivan County got $1.5M.
Merom was awarded $24,842 and Shelburn received $252,729.
