Progress continues to be the buzzword in Vincennes, as two projects continue working toward serving Vincennes for the future.
The first project is the work to Bierhaus Flats. The over 200-unit complex is seeing its first stirs of movement along Bierhaus Boulevard. Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum says an official groundbreaking there will happen on Monday of next week. Also, the recently started Vincennes Trolley continues to move people across the City. Mayor Yochum says some new trolley stops are making it easier for people to ride.
Both projects are answers toward a push for Vincennes to improve both its housing availability, and transportation options, for its residents and future residents.
