Summertime is here—and that means more golf carts on Vincennes city streets. However, City authorities remind all cart drivers to make sure their carts are legal for use on Vincennes’ streets.
The action is a two phase process. Vincennes Police Department Chief Jon Hillenbrand reminds all An annual cart inspection is the first step.
