Vincennes Woman Arrested on Cocaine Possession Charge

Knox County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Vincennes woman this morning following a traffic stop at 15th and Prairie.
During the stop, deputies found cocaine in the possession of 19 year-old Morgan Seals. Seals was charged with the drug-based count, and was booked into Knox County Jail on five-thousand dollars bond.
