Washington: Blowing Grass Onto Streets is Ordinance Violation

      The Washington Street Department reminds residents that blowing grass into the streets is a violation of city ordinance.
      Bagged grass, leaves, and yard waste may be brought to the Street Department/Recycling Center at 220 Memorial Avenue.
