Tobacco Taxes Going Up Tomorrow

A tax hike on cigarettes goes into effect in Indiana tomorrow.
The cost of a pack of cigarettes will go up by a dollar.
This comes as the result of state lawmakers approving an increase on taxes for tobacco products.
The tax is expected to bring in an additional 400 million dollars for the state in 2026.
