Even with heavy weekend rains in Indiana, flooding levels at this time are not expected to be too high on area rivers.
The highest water will be on the White River, with flood levels two feet over flood stage at Petersburg. That crest is set for Thursday. Upriver at Edwardsport, the White will top out at flood stage on Thursday The Embarras will be barely over flood stage at Lawrenceville Wednesday night before falling back.
No flooding at all is forecast right now on the Wabash at either Vincennes or at Mount Carmel.
