Today is Day One for the 2025-26 school year in the Vincennes Community and Vincennes Catholic School corporations. It is also Day One with students for new Vincennes Rivet principal Joe Maione.
Maione says he wants to concentrate on being an active principal in his time at Rivet. Maione also wants to concentrate on the total student experience for those attending Rivet.
Maione comes to Rivet after a year on staff at White River Valley High School. Prior to that, he spent around 20 years as an educator in the Louisville Kentucky area.
