Petersburg Man Arrested in Vincennes

Indiana State Police arrested a Petersburg man overnight following a traffic stop on Sixth Street in Vincennes.
Officers pulled over the vehicle driven by 30 year-old Andrew Swain. A roadside investigation found Swain was driving while impaired with a controlled substance. He was also found in possession of meth, marijuana, and paraphernalia, along with a handgun while a serious violent felon.
Swain is was booked into the Knox County Jail on 15-thousand dollars bond.
