Even with the recent hot, dry conditions in the area, the Indiana Department of Transportation is thinking about the winter months to come. Work is about to start to change their vehicles from summertime mode to snow and ice-clearing duties.
INDOT spokesman Gary Bryan reminds everyone to winterize their cell phones, by adding the INDOT Trafficwise app.
