GSH Hospice Acquired by ComnonSpirit Health at Home

      CommonSpirit Health at Home will acquire Good Samaritan Hospice in February.
      Good Samaritan recently announced it was closing its hospice program at the end of the year.
      Current Good Samaritan Hospice caregivers will remain with the hospice under the new owners.
      CommonSpirit Health at Home will continue to license the Good Samaritan name for hospice services.
      Good Samaritan Hospice will continue operations up until the takeover to ensure there is no disruption in care for current patients.
