The City of Vincennes continues its work toward development heading eastward from the City limits. The latest action was a first-reading rezoning approval for a plot of land on Bierhaus Boulevard for commercial development.
Vincennes City Council president Brian Grove says that move—and other similar actions– are all about being proactive. One of the biggest parts of preparing that area is extending water and sewer service to those areas. Grove knows Vincennes Water Utilities general manager Kirk Bouchie and his staff are great at the long look ahead.
Other developments in that area– including the under construction Bierhaus Flats complex—is part of the City of Vincennes’ look toward the future.
