The wait is over for South Knox grad Adam Schenk.
Schenk survived the Windy conditions at Butterfield Bermuda Beach having posted a12-under in 272 at Port Royal Golf Course to edge Chandler Phillips by one stroke . It was Schenk’s 243 start on PGA Tour
Now that he has a PGA Tour victory, he will be invited to various events– including at least one $20 million signature event next year, along with the PGA Championship and The Players Championship.
The 2-A Number 2 North Knox Lady Warriors are back at home tonight, as they face the Washington Catholic Lady Cardinals in a Blue-Chip Conference game.
