An expert on revitalizing the state’s downtowns is back on the task of bringing Vincennes’ downtown more vitality. Ellen Harper has been re-assigned with the job of moving the City forward in its rejuvenation efforts.
Harper says the various vacancies now in downtown Vincennes are not out of the ordinary. A revitalization committee is coming together to give an added boost to fill the vacancies. Harper says you never know when that right downtown developer will come along.
Harper has retaken the task, after a long career of assisting both Vincennes and other Main Street communities across Indiana.
