Business leaders in Knox County are looking to the future in marketing for possible future business ventures to choose Knox County. The County’s main industry attraction is the U-S 41 Industrial Park south of Vincennes.
Knox County Indiana Economic Development board member Tim Smith says an empty “shell building” setup can be an advantage for the County. Smith also feels even if a company doesn’t prefer a certain shell building, it can put the County’s foot in the door for other development.
In Knox County, the shell building concept right now is just that—an idea that could see the light of day in the future.
