Two people were trapped in their vehicles following a crash on State Road 64 near the Mt. Carmel Bridge in Gibson County. First responders arrived at the scene and extracted the victims, who were then taken to area hospitals for treatment. A helicopter was unable to fly due to weather conditions. The cause of the crash has not been disclosed.
