Kentucky Man Arrested for OWI

      Sullivan Police arrested a Kentucky man Saturday for Driving While Intoxicated three times over the state’s legal limit.
      Police say 39-year-old Cody Ammerman was pulled over on Section Street for an equipment violation, driving significantly under the posted speed limit, driving left of center, and driving into a curb.
      Ammerman showed multiple signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests.
      Further investigation revealed he had a BAC level of .262%, over 3 times the legal limit.
