Police Stop Leads to Arrest Near Bicknell

Indiana State Police arrested a Montgomery man over night following a stop on Bicknell Road just south of Bicknell.
Officers stopped a vehicle driven by 45 year-old Robert Dolkey. During the stop, troopers found evidence Dokley was operating while intoxicated. He is further charged with obstruction of justice, as well as trafficking with an inmate. He also faces two failure to appear charges from 2024.
Dolkey was booked into the Knox County Jail on ten-thousand dollars bond.
