Indiana House Committee Vote Down Funding Restoration Bill

      Indiana House Republicans have voted down two amendments aimed at restoring millions in child care and Pre-K funding.
      State Representative Gregory Porter proposed using state surplus funds to address what he calls a “child care crisis,” following the closure of nearly two hundred providers.
      The amendments failed in the House Ways and Means Committee.
