Amazon is about to break ground on a 104-thousand square foot delivery facility in Vincennes. That construction work is expected to start very soon at a site diagonal from Farbest in the U-S 41 Industrial Park.
Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum knows with the help of Knox County industrial leaders, good paying jobs are coming to Knox County. The project started being mentioned last year as “Project Blazer.” However, Mayor Yochum knows the City was bound by agreement not to say anything about it until last week.
After construction starts, the project is expected to be completed quickly, with a target operation date sometime by the end of the year.
