The Knox County Commissioners will meet in a public hearing March first to discussion future solar development across the county. The session will be at three that Sunday afternoon at the Blue Jeans Center in Monroe City.
Knox County Commissioners’ president T-J Brink feels the “Solar Sunday” session will lead to a full discussion of the topic. Brink also points to the main topic of discussion—allowing for progress while preserving affected people’s homes and lifestyle.
The current discussion is on future solar projects only. The earlier developments will not be affected by the March first discussion.
