Jasper Rubber will close April 30th, putting hundreds of people out of work.
Parent company First Brands Group told employees it will shut down the entire operation, which means workers cannot transfer to other jobs within the company.
Some employees say the company furloughed them without warning about a month ago and then sent letters saying their jobs were ending.
First Brands Group filed for bankruptcy last year.
It also recently closed Champion Labs in Albion, Illinois.
