The Daviess County Sheriff’s Department arrested an Odon man Sunday for Domestic Battery in the Presence of a Minor.
43-year-old Jason Wagler is being held without bond in the Daviess County Security Center.
Indiana State Police arrested 64-year-old Richard Willoughby of Elnora Sunday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated.
Willoughby is being held on $2,000 bond.
And Washington Police arrested 33-year-old Sony Sainduc of Washington Sunday for Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated, Operating a Vehicle While Intoxicated Endangerment, and Aggressive Driving.
Sainduc was released from jail on $5,000 bond.
