The City of Vincennes is considering a move to move Hart Street from a four-lane road with limited left turn lanes, to a three-lane road with dedicated left turn lanes. The proposal would happen after work crews finish planned milling and repaving of the well-traveled City street. Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum believes the three-lane setup would reduce crashes on the currently four-lane part of Hart Street.
