A Minnesota truck driver was arrested Tuesday morning when he struck an IN-DOT truck with his semi tractor trailer and fled the scene.
IN-DOT workers were at US 41 near Silver Street in Sullivan after a train struck a tree.
There were no injuries.
Deputies later caught up with 68-year-old Shamseldin Elghorab of Minneapolis, Minnesota and arrested him for Criminal Recklessness, Reckless Driving, and Leaving the Scene of a Crash.
