The Knox County Clerk’s office has received two national awards for two separate election categories. The office was honored for innovations in elections, and development of sample ballots. The sample ballot innovation was honored for improving access for voters with disabilities.
The awards were presented by the U-S Election Assistance Clearinghouse. This is the eighth year for the awards. The award is for work done to prepare for the 2023 elections.
