Larry Bird Museum Now Open in Terre Haute

TERRE HAUTE, Ind. — The Larry Bird Museum at the Terre Haute Convention Center is officially open. “Larry Legend” is now immortalized in a museum that contains memorabilia from his time in high school, college, and the NBA. There are also interactive exhibits and interviews with coaches, teammates, and rivals. Capital Improvement Board Museum Co-Chair Terri Conley made sure to note that Bird insisted on free admission to the museum.
