A Carrier Mills, Illinois man faces a December trial date on a fraud charge dating back to August.
39 year-old Kyle Weaterington faces the count, along with other warrants for Forgery and Theft. He was also charged with a second theft county after an initial hearing yesterday in Knox Circuit Court.
Weatherington is being held in the Knox County Jail on a five-thousand dollar cash bond.
