Three Daviess County officials are among 56 local officials and county employees who recently received accreditation from the Association of Indiana Counties in the Institute for Excellence in County Government program.
The Institute was established in 1993 to allow officials and county employees access to training which is geared specifically to county government.
Daviess County Clerk Lauren Milton, Recorder Rosetta Newton, and Auditor Jennifer Walsh were recognized for continuing education.
Walsh also received a Silver Masters’ Pin for completing 75 hours after obtaining her initial certificate.
