The North Knox Art Department is seeking other county art students to help them with “Art for Asheville.” At Monday night’s north Knox Board session, Superintendent Darrell Bobe spoke about the idea.
The North Knox Art Department is looking into selling the student’s art works to the public. The proceeds of those sales will benefit the Asheville Art District. Asheville is recovering from major flood damage, after torrential rains hit the area, as part of the track of Hurricane Helene.
More information about the endeavor is available by calling North Knox High School.
