The Triple A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana Monday stood at $3.22 a gallon, a penny lower than Sunday and two cents higher than Monday’s national average,
It was also eleven cents higher than a week ago, eleven cents higher than a month ago, and 13 cents lower than a year ago. Just like across the state, Vincennes prices are holding steady below the state average. Most places are selling gas for justunder 3-10 to near 3-20 per gallon.
Triple A also says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana Monday was $3.75 a gallon, the same as Sunday. It was also three cents higher than a week ago, four cents higher than a month ago, and 64 cents lower than a year ago.
