The PACE Community Action Agency is taking applications now for the Winter Heating Assistance program. With the first frosty weather of the season in the area, it is a good time now for eligible families to consider this benefit program.
PACE spokeswoman Courtney Welage says now is the time to consider the program, especially considering Indiana’s changing weather patterns. Welage also reminds everyone those applications are available across PACE’s base four-county service area.

Those who have applied and been accepted in the past already received an application. First-time applicants are the ones who must either pick up or download the forms.
