IHSAA Football Tournament Play Begins Tonight

IHSAA football tournament play begins tonight across the area, and across Indiana.
The Vincennes Lincoln Alices step out of SIAC play for the first time this year, with a 3-A Week One tournament trip to Tiger Stadium to face Princeton. Kickoff is at 7:30 in Princeton; you can hear the game on 92.1 WZDM, or at wzdm.com.
The North Knox Warriors also face a 1-A journey to Cougar Valley to play the North Daviess Cougars. The two teams met in Week Eight, with North Daviess winning 12-6. Kickoff is at 7 pm; hear that one on 105.7 the Ride, and wuzr.com.
The winner of that LHS-Princeton game faces the winner of Heritage Hills at Gibson Southern. That one will be played a week from tonight. The winner of North Knox-North Daviess plays the winner of Perry Central and Tecumseh a week from this evening.
