Statewide, Gas is Up; In Vincennes, Gas is Slightly Down

The Triple A Motor Club says the average price of gas in Indiana Tuesday was $3.01 a gallon, seven cents higher than Monday and 12 cents lower than Tuesday’s national average.
Indiana’s average was also three cents lower than a week ago, 23 cents lower than a month ago, and 34 cents lower than a year ago. Vincennes prices continue a slow slide downward, with many stations selling unleaded now for under three dollars per gallon.Triple A also says the average price of diesel fuel in Indiana Tuesday was $3.71 a gallon, two cents higher than Monday.
