Travel Emergency Over in Knox County; Travel Watch Now In Effect

The county-wide travel emergency in Knox County is now over. However, the emergency has now been changed to a travel watch for the near future.
That watch level advisory means County officials are urging only essential travel, including to and from work as needed, and or in emergency situations. Emergency action plans are still encouraged for businesses, schools, government agencies and other groups.
Also, the Knox County Courthouse will be open today for business, during its normal hours.
