Vincennes City Council Appoints Various Positions

The Vincennes City Council re-appointed Brian Grove to be their Council president for another year. Grove was named as chair for the first time in 2024; this is his second year to be appointed. Board members named John Stangle to be their vice-president; he will take the position from Ryan Lough.
Board members also made two re-appointments to represent them on two boards. Eli McCormick will return to the Vincennes Utility Services Board, while Councilman Marc McNeece will serve on the City’s Redevelopment Commission. Finally, positions on standing Council committees will be determined in the days to come, following consultation with each Council member.
