With the school year about to get underway,
RTC Communications and ColdCuts in Washington are teaming up to offer free haircuts and backpacks this Sunday.
From 12 PM to 6 PM, children can receive complimentary basic haircuts, and from 3 PM to 6 PM, they will also be giving 150 free backpacks filled with essential school supplies.
ColdCuts is located at 108 Cherry Tree Plaza in Washington.
RTC’s Pat Todd says the company understands that preparing for the new school year can be challenging for many families.
He says RTC’s goal with this event is to ease some of that burden and provide students with the tools they need for a successful year ahead.
