Vincennes Man Arrested for OWI

Knox County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a Bicknell man last night following a traffic stop on Ramsey Road.
Deputies stopped a vehicle driven by 54 year-old Tracy Sheren. During the stop, Sheren was allegedly found to be operating with a blood-alcohol level at least double the legal driving limit.
Sheren was booked into the Knox County Jail on four-thousand dollars bond.
