The Vincennes Board of Works has accepted bids from various companies for construction of a City Fire Department Training Center. The companies were bidding over five parts for the facility’s construction.
Four of the five low bids were submitted by Wabash Utlities, with Mann Excavating submitting the other low bid. Other companies submitting bids included Hendrixson Concrete, Mann Excavating, and Kerns Excavating.
All of the bids were taken under advisement, for review by Vincennes City Engineer John Sprague. The winning bids will be awarded at a later date.
