Curb work continues on Main Street in downtown Vincennes. That curb work is part of a preparation for re-paving of that area coming later this construction season.
Vincennes City Councilman Brian Grove—who represents that district—knows it is not easy to get around downtown right now. Even with all the work going on downtown, Grove urges patience—and remembrance to continue shopping with downtown retailers.
The Main Street work is part of repairs and improvements financed through the Community Crossings Matching Grant program.
