The Vincennes City Council has agreed to vacate a portion of the Buntin Street right of way. The ordinance was approved on second and third readings at last night’s Council session.
Jeff Cockerham brought the request before Council; it was approved on first reading earlier this month. Cockerham owns both sides of the property along the now-vacated right of way on Buntin.
