Free Admission– and Free Fishin’– This Sunday at Indiana’s State Parks

The Indiana Department of Natural Resources recommends everyone to visit a state park this Sunday, as part of the parks’ Welcome Weekend.
On Sunday, anyone visiting one of Indiana’s state parks will get free admission. It is all part of the start of the parks’ “Visit Indiana” week.
Further, Sunday will also be a Free Fishing Day. Anyone 17 and older statewide can fish at any Indiana State Park without needing a state permit. Those under 17 don’t need a permit to fish any public Indiana waterway.
