Old US 50 Road Work Starts May 7th

Daviess County Highway crews will work on Old U-S 50 from County Roads 200 West to 300 West, starting on Wednesday, May seventh. That part of Old 50 will be closed for bridge rehabilitation.
The work is scheduled from May 7th to July 28th, depending on weather. The official detour will be U-S 50 and State Road 57 back to Old 50 around the closure. Local traffic will have access to the point of closure, and all affected residents will have access to their driveways.
