The Vincennes Lincoln JV and Varsity baseball games at Princeton have been reset as a junior varsity/varsity doubleheader. The JV game will begin at rive-30, tomorrow evening, with the Varsity game starting somewhere around 7:30. The Alice varsity baseballers are also set to play tonight in an SIAC game with Evansville North; that game is set for a six p-m start at Hill Field. The Vincennes Lincoln softball team is bck to 8-7 with a 18-7 five inning victory over Pike Central. The 11-1 lead after three innings, en route to the five inning victory.
Grace Archer led the win with a two-run homer in the game, and overall drove in three. Miley Carie-Fredrick also scored a three-run double, The hits were part of 12 iverakk fir LHS in the game.
The South Knox tennis tam moves to 12-2 with a 5-0 win over Wood Memorial. Winners for South Knox wree Alli Haynes, Grace Arnold, and Reagan Harrington in sngles, with the doubles teams of Caroline Beard and Grace Carie, and Emma Watjen and Emily Dreiman also winning. All five of the wins were in straight sets.
The South Knox Spartans won every event in a 144-12 middle school boys’ track meet win over the North Knox Warriors in a meet at North Knox. The two teams will now get rteady for the Blue Chilp Conference meet at Northeast Dubois on Thursday.
