VUPD Arrests One on OWI Charge

Vincennes University Police arrested one person overnight following a traffic stop near the University campus.
Officers stopped a vehicle driven by 20 year-old Owen Wilkins. During the stop, police found he was driving with a blood-alcohol content above the legal limit.
Wilkins is charged with O-W-I and minor consumption. He was booked into the Knox County Jail on two-thousand dollars bond.
