Knox County Indiana Economic Development officials are looking to the future, as they plan development strategy for the coming years. KCIED director Chris Pfaff lays out their thoughts toward attracting the workforce of the future. Pfaff admits setting a plan for future workers, and future growth, is a bit more complicated that it seems.
Among the areas of concern are housing, retaining current industry, training workers for the jobs of the future, and improving the County’s quality of life.
