Main Street Repairs Take Center Stage in Downtown Vincennes

Repair work on Main Street begins today, with crews milling and resurfacing that part of downtown Vincennes.
Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum says the work will take the better part of this workweek-plus possibly into Saturday. Mayor Yochum also encourages everyone to keep shopping Main Street merchants—despite the work on Main Street.

The Main Street work is being done along with INDOT’s work on State Road 441 from Willow Street to the Memorial Bridge.
