Vincennes Fire Department crews were called yesterday afternoon to a house fire at 1605 Audobon. The fire was called in near 3:15 pm; crews had the blaze knocked down in around half an hour, and were on the scene around two hours. Fire crews believe the home was not a total loss.
The cause of the blaze is still under investigation. The Indiana State Fire Marshal’s Office is handling the investigation.
