Illinois Sex Offense Warrant Served in Pike County Indiana

      A man wanted by authorities in an area Illinois county was caught across the state border in Indiana thanks to a tipline.
      On Friday, the Wabash County, Illinois Sheriff’s Office announced they were looking for 66-year-old James Catt, a sex offender wanted for failing to register.
      At the time, authorities said he was considered armed and dangerous.
      A few days later, the Pike County, Indiana Sheriff’s Office announced they caught Catt thanks to the “Submit-a-Tip” function on their website.
